I was very pleased with Josh’s professionalism and quick response to my service request on a non business day. After I provided details of what I needed, I received a fair quote and the work was quickly scheduled. On appointment day, Josh texted a reminder early in the day and let me know time of arrival. Upon arrival we went over the work area and he explained what to expect. I showed him the back area which I had excluded in an effort to save some money. Josh recommended I take care of it and offered me a very good deal. The work was completed in a timely manner despite the unexpected rain. Josh followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the work and the customer centric focus. I support local businesses and will definitely recommend Top Dog Pressure Washing. I plan to continue using this service on a more frequent basis.
We googled soft wash and we went with TopDog because they are local and we received really good costumer service and a great wash on two properties. One was a metal roof and another asphalt tile. It looked magic how they removed all that ugliness from our home. Thank you top dog.

Top Dog Pressure Washing is TOP notch! From the walk around for a quote, to text updates and finally the day the job was completed everything was superb. Josh is so easy to work with and very responsive. We had soft wash on our roof, driveway pressure washed, lanai screen cleaned and pavers power washed and sealed. EVERYTHING came out AWESOME! I came out smiling the next day when I saw everything clean. It didn’t even look like we had a screen in our lanai cage…goodbye green and black mildew and algae. I will for sure be calling Top Dog for future jobs.

Top Dog made my ‘nasty’ driveway and sidewalk so clean it almost sparkles. I couldn’t be more pleased! Some places on my driveway he went over three or four times. You don’t find that amount of integrity and pride of work every day anymore. He said he appreciated the work, but I appreciated his work ethic and professionalism more I’m sure. You can’t go wrong with this company!!

Josh did a fantastic job on our pool deck, lanai and the stacked rocks around the pool. Previously sealed the pool deck and stacked rocks years ago but it was worn and had lost much of its shine in numerous areas. He pressure washed all the old sealer off to be sure that new sealing would result in an even high gloss finish. Can't wait!
